It is by 754 fare dodgers more than in February 2017, when 4822 passengers were fined for fare dodging in trams, trolleybuses and buses.

Just to compare: there were 20 878 ticket inspections in February 21350, which is by 6763 ticket inspections less than in March 2017
In March 2017 the maximum number of fare dodgers was fined on bus route No. 3 (480), but ther minimum number of trolleybus route No. 20 – only 1 fare dodger.
